XIAOMI LAUNCHED THE LOWEST PRICE SMARTPHONE REDMI 8A

Xiaomi has launched Redmi 8A as a budget smartphone in India. After the Redmi 7A, the company has removed the updated version of this. This new 8A has a new design, bigger display and better camera sensor, and USB Type-C fast charging support. The Redmi 8A is the first smartphone in the lineup to come with a waterdrop-style dot notch above the display. The phone has a P2I splash-resistant coating, dedicated microSD card slot, AI face unlock instead of fingerprint scanner and an octa-core chipset. Redmi 8A Boot Custom MIUI Android OS is out of the box.
In India, the price of Redmi 8A starts at Rs 6,499 for the base variant with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Its 3 GB + 32 GB variant costs Rs 6,999. Customers can buy it from Flipkart in the sale starting on September 29. The company says that it will soon be available through offline stores. It will come in Sunset Red, Ocean Blue and Midnight Black color options.
Talking about the specifications, the Redmi 8A has a 6.22-inch display that offers HD + resolution, a notch for higher screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The main Xiaomi of the handset uses the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 octa-core chipset as its predecessor Redmi 7A smartphone. The SoC is paired with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage for the base variant, while the top-end variant comes with 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. MicroSD card slot has been given to increase storage up to 512 GB in both variants.
