Reliance JioFiber broadband has been officially introduced. The service has been offered in 1600 cities as promised. Its monthly (monthly) subscription plan starts at Rs 699 and offers a minimum speed of 100Mbps. Apart from geofiber plans, the company has also shared information about some upcoming geo fiber services like free fixed landline, free subscription of OTT app etc. Today we are telling you about these plans.
Reliance JioFiber plans
JioFiber plans start at Rs 699 and offer speeds of 100Mbps. The new consumer will have to deposit a one-time payment of Rs 2,500 under the deposit charge, which has a Rs 1500 security deposit and Rs 1,000 non-refundable installation charges. If the user subscribes to a plan of Rs 699 which has come in the name of 'Bronze', then this plan will get unlimited data but high speed 100GB + 50 GB. After this data is exhausted, users can use internet at 1Mbps speed. Additional data will be offered for up to six months under Interoductory Benefit. Note that the FUP of 1Mbps applies to all JioFiber prepaid recharge plans mentioned above.
JioFiber's next plan is a Rs 849 prepaid plan named 'Silver'. 200GB high-speed data will be available in this recharge option. Under the high-speed offer, 200GB interoductory offer will be offered. Like this plan of Rs 699, 100Mbps speed has also been set in this plan.
Priced at Rs 1,299, the Gold prepaid plan comes with 500GB of monthly data and its speed is 500GB. Under the Interoductory Offer, the company is offering 250GB data in this plan.
Talk about a plan of Rs 2,499, so this Diamond JioFiber plan comes with 1250GB monthly data and its speed is 500Mbps. Under this plan, an additional 250GB of data is available for six months under the interoductory offer.
Users who want high bandwidth and data can subscribe to a Rs 3,999 platinum plan offering 2500GB of data at 1Gbps speed.
Apart from this, if you talk about Titanium JioFiber plan, the plan of Rs 8,499 offers 5000GB data with 1Gbps speed.
JioFiber prepaid plans mentioned above will get the benefit of free voice benefit and TV video calling. JioFiber internet service also includes zero latency gaming and home networking service such as content sharing etc. In addition, the service also includes Norton Device Security which is limited to 5 devices. In JioFiber Platinum and Titanium plans, users can access VR content as well as enjoy first day first show movies and special sports content.
Jio is also offering some home gateway devices and Jio 4K Set Top Box is free with all Jio Fiber Plans. In the Bronze JioFiber subscription, users will get access to Geosynema and Geosavan for three months. If users go towards the Silver plan, then the subscription for three months of OTT apps will be free, although Jio has not yet fully disclosed about it. Gold, Diamond and Platinum Geofiber prepaid plan subscribers will get free annual subscription of OTT apps for one year.
JioFiber is offering plans for three, six and 12 months. Jio may also announce an EMI scheme by partnering with banks soon.
